I'm having an issue with my dataloggers on the KonectGDS platform. Currently, I have two accounts on KonectGDS. In one of the accounts, I already have two dataloggers working correctly with their respective PakBus addresses. However, in the other account, I have an additional PakBus address that isn't working, and I don't know how to transfer it to the account where I have the other two dataloggers. I have paid for the Premium plan for all three dataloggers, but I can't get the third one to communicate with the other two and receive data.
Could someone guide me on how I can transfer the PakBus address from one account to another on KonectGDS and get all three dataloggers working together under the same account?
I would greatly appreciate any help or advice you can provide.
