RTMC-Pro:Is there any way to place tick labels for time between the ticks? Any way to offset the tick labels?

I'm using RTMC-Pro to plot data for a web page. I would like to place the tick labels between the ticks because the ticks occur at midnight and with the tick label directly beneath the tick, it looks like the tick is midday (noon).
