5. (Minor) Fixed an issue in OS CR3XX.Std.09.00.obj where the NTPOffset parameter in NetworkTimeProtocol() was not being applied.
Is it a problem introduced in OS 9.00? I have a CR300 datalogger in field running CR300.Std.08.01 and sometimes when the datalogger runs NetworkTimeProtocol() it not apply the NTPOffset, so the datalogger clock is set to UTC-0.
I wanna know if this problem described in the new OS update is the same that I'm having in OS 08.01.
