Modbus RTU Master and Modbus RTU Slave in the same port

Hi There,

I am using a CR310 with an embedded 900 MHz FHSS radio.

Because of the lack of com ports available I want to use one of its serial ports as Modbus Master and Modbus Slave (at the same time).

The CR310 has to collect data from a Modbus Slave every 10 seconds. The CR310 is also polled by a Modbus Master connected to the same bus every 1.5 seconds.

Is it possible to do want I want? Is it possible to synchronize somehow the requests coming from the Modbus Master with the request of the CR310 to the Modbus Slave (to avoid collisions)?
