NaN for FC_QC

Hello, 

We are using a CR6, and in the collected flux data I see NaN for the overall quality grade for FC mass (FC_QC). I have looked through the manuals but I must have missed it, can anyone point me in the right direction, or does anyone know how I can fix this?
