I have a setup with a CR1000 and an NL240 I have been trying to connect remotely to the CR1000 through the NL240 with no luck, I went to ensure that the NL240 was properly setup by connecting to it over USB with the device configuration utility however upon clicking connect I get the following error message: Load Failed: Communication with the device failed or timed out. The LED status indicates the system is in low power mode (Red LED flashes twice every two seconds), and it appears to be connected to a network as the green LED flashes irregularly, however it is not shown in the devices connect to my router. I have not tried connecting using RS-232. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
