how i can connect my 3WHB10K module (for PT100 sensor) to multiplexer AM16/32 ? Help me to wiring and programing. thanks all !!

Take a look at the AM16/32B manual (avilable from the website) Appendix B.4. This shows an example for a Full Bridge, including wiring and datalogger program. This should give you enough to work out how to use your 3WHB10K between the CR1000 and AM16/32B.
