Campbell RF 407 - Is not sending real time data

Hi,

I have configure my Campbell CR310 with RF-407 to send data every second but this is no happening. I'm connecting the RF407 using the USB port. CR310 start to send information after a while it stop and start to send every minute or 30 seconds.

What could be wrong?
