CDOT has two RV50 modems hooked to CR1000's. I can reach both with Ace Manager, but neither with LoggerNet (can't ping them either). the IP's are 166.144.22.26 and 166.144,22.27. Can you tell me what needs to change via Ace to get these two to respond to LoggerNet?

If the dataloggers are connected to the modems with ethernet instead of RS232 null modem cables, there is an additional section in the manual you need to follow.
