The 27893 solenoid is used as a replacement switching solenoid for water samplers in these series: BVS4300, CVS4200, PVS41XX, and PVS5120. The 27893 switches back and forth from purge to vacuum on pump part numbers 28334 12 Vdc Thomas miniature diaphragm pump and 28009 12 Vdc pump assembly.
